While I am a fan of the Paleo diet, I do think it should be individualized. I believe that your ancestral genes determine your "best" diet. Diet is also a dynamic affair given the changes in your health, activities, and gut bacteria. So, to say that one diet is best for everyone throughout their life,is impossible in my opinion.
